Everything we sell is made and finished by hand in Little Venice, then packed and sent from Mykonos. Here is how delivery works — and what to do if something is not right when it reaches you.

Orders over €60 ship free. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises at the end.
Made, then sent
Most pieces are handmade to order, so allow a few working days at the bench before your parcel leaves us. We will email you the moment it is on its way.
Sent from Mykonos
Your parcel is posted from the island, so delivery times depend on where it is going. The estimate for your address is confirmed at checkout.
Returns
Fourteen days
Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of your parcel arriving and we will arrange the return with you.
Just as it arrived
Unworn, in its original packaging, with nothing missing. Silver marks easily, so try it on somewhere soft and keep the box until you are sure.
Starting one
Email or call the boutique with your order number and we will tell you where to send it. Do not post anything back before speaking to us.
Made for you
Personalised pieces — letter necklaces, zodiac charms, anything cut or finished to your specification — are made for you alone, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
Permanent jewellery is a service rather than a parcel: it is welded onto you in the boutique, so it is not returnable either. None of this affects your rights if a piece reaches you damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Once your return reaches the boutique we check it over and refund the way you paid. Allow a few days for your bank to show it — that part is out of our hands.
If a piece arrives faulty or damaged, tell us and we will put it right — repair, replace or refund, including what you paid to have it sent.
Something wrong?
Tell us what happened and we will sort it out. The same family has been at this bench in Little Venice since 1962 — we would rather fix a piece than lose you over it.
